You can also make a fresh juice out of papaya, especially in warm summer days. It’s completely healthy and refreshing.

It was fun growing up with this amazing juice because my dad had lots of papaya trees in our garden. It became one of our favorite fruits because my dad loves Papaya so much.

Ingredients

1/2 medium-size papaya

4 cups of cold water

2 tablespoons sugar

2 cups ice cubes

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

Preparations

  1. Wash and peel the Papaya and chopped into cubes. Add the chopped Papaya in the blender with the sugar and 2 cups of water and blend together until smooth.
  2. Pour in a jug, add the remaining 2 cups of water, the 2 cups ice cubes, and the lemon juice. Shake and mix everything together.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
