Combine all the ingredients: Self-rising Flour, Sugar and the plain Yogurt .
Mix everything together thoroughly until the dough is smooth and soft.
Place your frying oil on medium heat. Make sure the oil is not too warm or too hot.
We don't want uncooked Puff-Puff and we don't want them to get soaked in the oil. (This is very important for a perfect result)
Then start frying, Scoop the dough into the frying oil with your hand or you can use the ice cream scooper to achieving the desired round shape.
Fry between 5-6 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove and drain. Serve hot and enjoy with any chilled drinks of your choice.
