Equipment

  • A bowl
  • 16-ounce mason Jar

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled or old fahioned Oats
  • tablespoon cacao powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 155 ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • a handful chocolate chips
  • a handful of any nut your choice
  • coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • In a jar or a bowl, add the oats and the chia seed
  • Add the cacao powder, a pinch of salt, peanut butter, syrup, and stir to combine.
  • Add the milk and make sure they're well combined.
  • Then add your topping: chocolate chips, nuts, and finally additional peanut butter and coconut flakes
  • Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
  • Take it out in the morning, stir and enjoy!
