Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled or old fashioned oat
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk or non fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon honey/syrup
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a jar or a bowl add the Oats and the Chia seed. (I normally mix mine in a bowl before transferring it to a jar)
  • Add a pinch of salt, syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and stir to combine.
  • Then add the milk and yogurt, make sure they are well combined.
  • Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnightTake it out from the refrigerator and stir.
  • Add powdered cinnamon, top with the chopped Apple, and enjoy your yummy breakfast.
